  • Charged when a student who found you through Campus Hearth accepts or signs a lease with you. Making an offer is free.
  • We send you an invoice through Paystack, due 7 days later. If the lease falls through because of the student, we refund it.
  • Rent, deposits and admin fees are paid to you directly. Campus Hearth never collects or holds your tenants' money.

Prices are in rand. Plans are billed monthly in advance through Paystack, and you can cancel any time. The full rules are in the landlord terms.
